雞蛋高麗菜捲

蛋皮裡包著高麗菜絲.清甜好吃.吃起來又有點像大板燒的味道.簡單美味∼

食材 (2 人份) 30 分鐘
材料
雞蛋4個
鰹魚粉2小匙
水80cc
太白粉2小匙
高麗菜絲少許
鰹魚粉少許

將高麗菜切成細絲後用少許的鹽和鰹魚粉少許拌炒到熟備用.

蛋和鰹魚粉 2小匙和水 80cc和太白粉 2小匙拌勻後用少許的油煎熟之後.再將高麗菜絲放在中間.再將兩邊蛋皮往中間包起來.

再將盤子蓋在蛋捲上翻過來.

最後再上面淋上大阪燒醬和美奶滋.海苔粉再灑些柴魚片即可食用
